ROSENBERG, Texas – Rosenberg police officers and detectives conducted a special operation overnight which led to the arrest of two suspects believed to be responsible for several burglaries over the last two weeks.
After a recent increase in burglaries, the Rosenberg Police Department created a special operation plan targeting burglary "hot spots."

During the operation, officers spotted Todderiq Rose, 20, and Patrick Dade, 21, actively attempting to break into a vehicle, police said.
After a short vehicle pursuit which ended in Sugar Land, the pair was taken into custody.
Rose was charged with burglary of a vehicle, attempted burglary of a vehicle, unlawful possession of firearm by felon and unlawful possession of criminal instruments.
Dade was charged with burglary of a vehicle, attempted burglary of a vehicle, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, unlawful possession of criminal instruments and evading in a vehicle.
Both will be taken to the Fort Bend County Jail. No bond has been set at this time.
