HOUSTON – The search is on for a group of thieves who cut a hole into the side of a north Houston shopping center overnight.
Police say the crooks smashed through the wall of the It's Fashion Metro store, went inside and then took off.

Police believe the suspects may have smashed through the wrong store wall because they didn't take anything.
They think the crooks were trying to bust into City Gear, a shoe store next door.
