MONTGOMERY COUNTY – In an unexpected move, an escaped prisoner who was captured in March plead guilty to charges of felony escape and aggravated robbery in Montgomery County on Tuesday.
Britt Privatte was serving time for multiple burglary and robbery charges when escaped from the Montgomery County Jail.

As part of Privatte's plea agreement, he received a seven year prison sentence.
Charges are still pending in Fort Bend, Harris and Walker counties.
