KATY, Texas – Authorities need the public's help to find a missing woman who has special needs.
According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, Angelina Elizabeth Hammond, 24, walked away from the Excel Learning Center in the Katy area around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.

The center is located at at 2900 Commercial Center Boulevard.
Hammond was later seen at the Cinco Ranch Branch Library around 3 p.m.
Deputies said she may have been headed to a bus stop at Highland Knolls and Mason Road.
Hammond is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 1 inch tall and 130 pounds with brown eyes, a piercing in each ear and shoulder-length brown hair that has been bleached blonde. She may also be seen wearing her red-rimmed glasses.
Hammond was last seen wearing a white, black and green dress with a zigzag pattern, multicolor flats and a black turtleneck sweater. She has a floral wallet containing her Texas identification card.
Authorities said Hammond has been diagnosed with Dandy-Walker Syndrome and obsessive behavior, which causes her to panic and become anxious. She has a developmental delay that causes her to lean to the right, and she also suffers from depression, deputies said.
Hammond does not have her daily medication with her.
