'Day's of Our Lives' star Kassie Wesley DePaiva revealed Thursday that she is battling leukemia.
DepPaiva wrote in a blog post that she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a quickly progressing blood and bone marrow cancer that interferes with the production of normal white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. The actress said she spent six weeks in the hospital.

The soap star will spends months continuing treatment and expects a recovery, she said in her blog. She ended her revealing post by saying, "God's got this!"
