In June, Luby’s announced an agreement to sell its Fuddruckers franchise business operations to Black Titan Franchise Systems LLC, owned by Nicholas Perkins in a deal valued at $18.5 million.

Houston-based Lubys Inc. said it is liquidating all its assets with a plan to sell the company and divide the money amongst shareholders. Its really sad, said customer Laci Theriot.
