Tired of seeing busted pipes? City of Houston to spend $80M fixing waterline issues
HOUSTON – What’s the deal with all of the busted water pipes around Houston? That’s the question many of you have inquired about.
KPRC 2 Investigator Mario Diaz discovered that taxpayers are having to suddenly pay over $80 million to avoid having busted pipes, which is more than double the amount from last year.
