BAYTOWN, Texas – Baytown ExxonMobil Olefins Plant is experiencing an operational issue resulting in safety flaring, according to the plant.
The issue began on Wednesday around 4 p.m. at the plant at 3525 Decker Drive.

The plant says there is no cause for community alarm, and they apologize for any inconvenience the safety flaring may cause their neighbors.
