TEXAS CITY, Texas – A Texas City man charged in connection with a deadly shooting has been arrested.
Brandon Marlow Miller, 21, has been charged with a murder and aggravated assault. He was arrested in Houston on Wednesday.

Police said 30-year-old Terrie Ann Moffet knocked on a neighbor's door in the 700 block of 6th Avenue North for help after being shot several times early Saturday. She was later hospitalized.
A second victim, Robert Mitchell Lyles, 42, was found dead in a shed a short distance from the residence where Moffet went for help.
Moffet positively identified Miller as the shooter, police said. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Miller was also wanted on previous charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.
