HOUSTON – In need of a job this holiday shopping season? The largest retail department store in the U.S. plans to hire 20,000 workers for their eCommerce fulfillment centers across the country. It is also paying attention to customer shopping trends and wish lists to prepare themselves for the upcoming holiday shopping season, such as matching the same in-store inventory on the Walmart website. Walmart will be closed Thanksgiving Day this year due to the pandemic, according to CNN business. Walmart has hired more than 500,000 workers since the beginning of the pandemic in March, the news release said.
