More than 200 people sought to staff Stafford restaurant slated to open in June

STAFFORD, TexasLazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is opening a location in Stafford, and the company said on Monday that it is planning to hire more than 200 people to staff its new restaurant there.

The Rocky Mountains-inspired restaurant opening in June will offer wages up to $20 for culinary positions and up to $13, plus tips, for hospitality roles, a news release said.

“We are thrilled to soon be serving guests for the first time in Stafford. … We are looking forward to building a team of exceptionally friendly and talented people that will expand our Lazy Dog family,” said Chris Simms, founder and CEO of Lazy Dog Restaurants.
