HUMBLE, Texas – A Humble pilot who was pulled off a plane last August for attempting to fly while intoxicated has been sentenced.
A judge sentenced 47-year-old Carlos Roberto Licona to 10 months in prison after he admitted to boarding a flight while over the legal limit.

He was expected to pilot a United Airlines flight from Scotland to New Jersey when security pulled him from the flight after they smelled alcohol on his breath.
