HOUSTON – Houston firefighters battled a two-alarm fire that damaged multiple units at an apartment complex in southwest Houston Thursday.
Firefighters were dispatched to the Casa Nube En Bissonnet Apartments in the 9700 block of Court Glen Drive about 2:45 p.m.
Officials said 13 apartments were damaged and the Red Cross is helping the families who are out of a place to stay.
Tenants told Channel 2 the blaze started on one side of the apartment building and spread to the other.
The Houston Arson Bureau is investigating.
