HOUSTON – A third person has been charged in the shooting death of a man in The Heights.
Xavier Francis was charged with murder Thursday. He was already in prison for an unrelated crime.

Darrian Haywood and Curtis Odigie were arrested and charged earlier this year.
They are accused of killing Nhan Huynh on Darling Street in January.
Investigators believe Huyhnh may have been targeted after detectives found a tracking device on his car.
