HOUSTON – Grilled Lamb Chop
Preparation time:5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-6minutes
4 Lamb Chops (Rib)
1 Teaspoon Adam’s Reserve Texas Steak House
1 Tablespoon Montana Mex Avocado Oil
¼ Cup Vela Farms Rosemary Jelly
1. Heat a grill to high and then sprinkle Adam’s Reserve Texas Steak House on Lamb Chops.
2. Pat Montana Mex Avocado oil on lamb and then cook 2 minutes on first side, flip, and then cook for 3 more minutes for Med-Rare and 3 ½ Minutes for Medium.
3. Remove from grill and glaze Lamb Chops with Vela Farms Rosemary Jelly.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
Onion Blossom Potatoes
Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
2 lb Potatoes of your choice
½ Jar RR Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip
½ Cup Heavy Cream or Half/Half
½ Stick Unsalted Butter
S+P To Taste
1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender and then mash.
2. Add Butter, Cream, and Onion Blossom into Potatoes and stir.
3. Serve and Enjoy!
