Cajun Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
1     box EZ Melt Mac and Cheese
1     cup shredded colby jack cheese
½    jar Canyon Food Cajun Creole Sauce
½    cup heavy cream
½    bag shrimp, seared and set aside
1     lb andouille sausage, sliced
1     tablespoon Adam's Reserve Blackened Rub

Directions:
1.    Cook pasta as directed on package.
2.    Heat skillet to high. Season shrimp with rub and 1 tbl olive oil. Sear on high for 1-2 minutes per side, flipping shrimp only once.
3.    Remove shrimp from skillet.
4.    Simmer cream on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add in creole sauce, cheese packet from EZ Melt box, sausage, and seasoning.
5.    Stir mixture and allow to cook 2-3 minutes thoroughly warmed.
6.    Mix cooked shells with sauce. Put mixture in pyrex pan, cover with colby cheese, and bake at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is browned.
