AJ Armstrong not getting new trial due to procedural deadline

Antonio “A.J.” Armstrong Jr., who was convicted of capital murder in the deaths of his mother and father, has just learned he will not receive a new trial due to a procedural deadline, according to his attorney Patrick McCann.
