'How does that even happen?' Utah police make example of dramatic rollover crash

Police in Bountiful, Utah – about 10 miles north of Salt Lake City – made an example of a rollover crash that occurred on the city’s main street on February 4, saying the footage was “closure for the ‘how does that even happen?’ crowd.” This footage from the Bountiful City Police Department shows a collision between two cars.
