The Savannah Bananas baseball team is taking their show on the road and making a stop in Sugar Land in 2023. The 2023 Banana Ball World Tour was announced Tuesday and Constellation Field, which is home to the Sugar Land Space Cowboys, will host an appearance.

Houston Community College-North Forest CampusTexas State Representative Senfronia Thompson, NACC Disaster Services, Teamsters Union, Houston Community College (HCC)- North Forest campus, HCC Trustee Rhonda Skillern-Jones, Peoples United Summit, and other volunteer groups host water and food distribution in northeast Houston. The organizers will provide food and water for about 1,000 vehicles. Pet owners will receive free pet food, supplies, and information on additional resources such as the Houston Humane Societyโs free spay/neuter program.

SUGAR LAND, Texas โ Itโs that time of the year again. Tickets to the sixth annual Sugar Land Holiday Lights kicking off Nov. 20 are on sale now. Sugar Land Holiday Lights will also include a carnival with more than a dozen rides and games, traditional carnival food and a Ferris wheel. As the coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing, Sugar Land Holiday Lights has outlined safety protocols. All attendees will undergo a temperature screening upon entry and will be required to wear a mask while inside Constellation Field.
The Sugar Land Skeeters kicked off their two-month summer league with COVID-19 protocols in place
A two-month summer baseball league kicked off on Friday at Constellation Field in Sugar Land. The Sugar Land Skeeters took on the Reyes del Tigre with fans eagerly cheering from the stands. Diane Ferro hasnt missed a single Skeeters game. According to Zlotnik, fans will not sit next to anyone they didnt arrive with. Coronavirus may have thrown Americas favorite pastime a curveball, but field manager, Pete Incaviglia said players, coaches and fans will adapt.
Skeeters planning to host four team league this summer with fans allowed
SUGAR LAND The Sugar Land Skeeters today announced their intent to host a four-team professional baseball league at Constellation Field, beginning July 3 and running through Aug. 23. Each team is set to play 28 games for a total of 56 games during the season, with all games being played at Constellation Field. The teams will consist of former Major Leaguers and an assortment of professional players whove appeared at affiliated minor league levels as well as independent leagues. The Skeeters are currently compiling a pool of players that are set to be drafted by the managers of their respective team prior to their arrival. Given the unfortunate releases of hundreds of minor league players over the last few weeks, we realized there was a major need for a league like this.
Impact A Hero 5K set for May 20
KPRC Channel 2 is proud to support the Impact A Hero 5K Race - Run, Walk and Wheel on May 20th at Constellation Field in Sugar Land. Walk or run next to wounded veterans to help show your appreciation for their sacrifices. There will also be a 1K fun run for kids. Money raised will be used to help offer services and support to severely wounded post-9/11 combat veterans and their families.
