The Baltimore Ravens have parted ways with their all-time leading scorer in what the team is calling a “football decision.”
The Ravens announced that they had released kicker Justin Tucker Monday afternoon.

Tucker, 35, was the subject of an investigation by The Baltimore Banner in January. He was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple massage therapists in the Baltimore area.
The Banner’s report went into detail about the specific actions the 13-year NFL veteran is accused of committing, including that Tucker’s behavior was “so egregious that [therapists] ended his sessions early and refused to work with him again.” Two spas also allegedly banned Tucker from returning.
Tucker has denied all of the allegations, calling them “unequivocally false.”

In his statement, Tucker criticized The Banner’s reporting, calling its accusations “desperate tabloid fodder,” and saying, “[he] did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment.”
Tucker had been with the Ravens since 2012, spending his entire 13-year career playing in Baltimore after being undrafted out of the University of Texas.
He won a Super Bowl during his rookie season and is the record-holder for the longest made field goal in NFL history, a 66-yard kick during the 2021 NFL season.
