Texans to release linebacker Brian Cushing, reports say

HOUSTON – Brian Cushing is expected to be released by the Texans sometime in the next two weeks, according media reports.
The release will save the Texans $64.2 million in salary cap space. The team is pleased with the progress of their younger linebackers.
