HOUSTON – A second suspect is facing charges in the fatal shooting of a man who was unloading groceries outside a residence in The Heights.
Darrian Haywood, 25, is charged with murder. He was arrested on March 20 without incident.

The other suspect charged with murder, 21-year-old Curtis Friday Odigie, was arrested on Feb. 21.
The two men are accused in the killing of Nhan Huynh, who was shot in January outside a residence on Darling Street, not far from T.C. Jester Boulevard.
Huynh, 32, pulled up in front of his girlfriend's condominium and began unloading groceries. Witnesses reported hearing screaming and a gunshot. Huynh was found lying on the ground outside the residence. He was taken to Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Two suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a gray or teal Series 7 BMW.
According to Houston police, further investigation identified Odigie and Haywood as suspects in the case.
