A 30-year-old Highlands man said he and Desadier, his girlfriend, had been out drinking when she became argumentative and aggressive.

Desadier allegedly tried jumping out of the moving vehicle and began pounding her boyfriend with her fists. She also kicked his dashboard, breaking his stereo, and stabbed him in the face with a dinner fork.

The man said he kept a fork in his vehicle for meals on the go.

That is when he decided to drive her to the Baytown Municipal Jail.

When they arrived in the parking lot, the boyfriend got out of the vehicle and sat on the sidewalk while Desadier allegedly screamed and kicked the vehicle.

Desadier's continued aggressive behavior got the attention of a jailer, two police officers and a sergeant, who then went over to help.

After the sergeant detained her, he spoke with the boyfriend, whose face was bleeding considerably, to find out what exactly was going on.

Desadier was then placed under arrest and booked into the jail.

Paramedics were called to the scene to treat the injured boyfriend. Police say his right eyebrow had been pierced by the prongs of the metal fork.

According to police, Desadier was provided with breakfast and lunch at the jail, but the staff made sure to account for the cutlery.

She bonded out before 2 p.m. Monday.
