HOUSTON – Houston Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in locating a fugitive wanted in connection with a murder.
On November 15, 2013, authorities say 24-year-old Alan Fabricio Fernandez's estranged wife was found murdered inside her current boyfriend's pickup truck.

Her throat had been slashed.
Investigators say that Fernandez called his mother and sister five days earlier and confessed to the crime and has not been seen since.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information that leads to the filing of felony charges or arrest of wanted fugitives.
