HOUSTON – Federal authorities have launched a digital billboard campaign in hopes of capturing one of Kansas City's most wanted fugitives who is believed to be in the Houston area.
Cray Eugene Williams, a 26-year-old Missouri native, is wanted on federal drug trafficking charges.

The FBI says Williams left Kansas City after a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on November 9, 2012.
Authorities say Williams has children, relatives, friends and associates in the Houston area. He has been known to visit Katy, Cypress and Spring. He also has ties to Las Vegas, Nevada; Los Angeles, California; and Kansas City, Missouri.
The FBI has partnered with Clear Channel Outdoor and Crime Stoppers of Houston to post digital billboards located throughout the city and Harris County.
The FBI describes Williams as a black man, 5 feet 9 inches, 220 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on both hands, both wrists, and the letters "MGB" tattooed on his neck.

Crime Stoppers of Houston will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the location and arrest of Williams.
