AdCNN reported former president Donald Trump and former first lady Melania Trump did not appear on both ads. However, Trump had put out a statement, claiming credit for the COVID-19 vaccine before the ads were published.
METRO offering free rides to COVID-19 vaccination sites around Houston-area
HOUSTON โ METRO Houston will now offer free rides to anyone who plans to receive their COVID-19 vaccine. Houstonians within the METRO service area can hop on their local bus, METRORail, Park & Ride, METRORapid, and METROLift ride, according to a news release Thursday. Those who plan to use the free service must show proof of their appointment or vaccination card upon boarding. Eligible riders must also fall under categories 1A and 1B of the state vaccination guidelines, which includes frontline workers, residents at long-term care facilities and those at greater risk for complications. The free ride offer will be expanded along with the stateโs vaccine expansion to other groups.

CVS Health among pharmacies set to expand access to COVID-19 vaccine in Houston
HOUSTON โ If youโre eligible and looking to get the COVID-19 vaccine, youโll be able to schedule an appointment with CVS Health beginning Thursday. Vaccinations at 70 pharmacy locations in Texas, including an undisclosed number in Houston, will begin the next day on Friday. The scheduling system will open on Feb. 11,โ Monica Prinzing with CVS Health Corporate Communications said. Because active stores will change regularly based on vaccine supply, CVS Health will not provide a full list of participating locations,โ Prinzing added. H-E-BAdโH-E-B Pharmacies are prepared to receive new allotments of COVID-19 vaccine at any time from the government.
