Neighbors complain of rampant graffiti in Mission Bend
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas โ Some neighbors along Winkelman road in Harris County are concerned about graffiti, which they believe references gang activity. KPRC 2 asked the Harris County Sheriffโs Office about the issue. โJust because you see some gang graffiti doesnโt in and of itself mean gang activity has to be on the increase,โ said Sgt. The neighbors we spoke with said they have not seen an increase in problems but the graffiti is still concerning. The sheriffโs office said if anyone sees something they should call deputies.
Child struck by vehicle in Fort Bend County
FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas โ The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is responding to an auto pedestrian accident Friday in the Mission Bend area. Officials say a 9-year-old boy was riding his bicycle in the 16100 block of Crooked Arrow Drive when he was hit by a Toyota 4Runner. The boy was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital by LifeFlight. There is no word on his condition.
