10-year-old girl from SW Houston found safe hours after being reported missing

A young girl has been found safe and returned to her family after being reported missing.

The 10-year-old disappeared from an apartment complex in the Mission Bend neighborhood of southwest Houston Saturday.

Saturday evening, HCSO officials confirmed that she had been found and returned home safely.
