After learning that some kids in Uganda don’t have schools, a young girl from Texas came up with a solution. She will deliver do-it-yourself desks to the country, giving students there an opportunity to create pop-up classrooms. Omar Villafranca shares more.

Arnold Schwarzenegger feels ‘fantastic’ after heart surgery
(AP) – Arnold Schwarzenegger says he is feeling “fantastic” after his recent heart surgery. The 73-year-old “Terminator” actor and former California governor said on social media Friday that he had a new aortic valve implanted in his heart. “Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery,” he wrote. The actor underwent heart surgery in 2018 to replaced a pulmonary valve that was originally installed in 1997. “I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues,” he said.

A Texas road trip like no other: Matthew McConaughey delivering masks to rural Texas hospitals
On Thursday, the Oscar-winning actor, who has been riding out the pandemic in Austin with his family, announced he and his wife, Camila Alves are hitting the road on a Texas road trip with destinations like no other: rural Texas hospitals. The pair, traversing the Lone Star State in a Ford F-450 pickup truck, plan to distribute masks to hospitals in rural areas. All in all, the pair will donate 110,000 masks, courtesy of Lincoln. McConaughey is a spokesman for the luxury vehicle brand of Ford.
