Deputies said a woman driving a red Mustang had her car rear-ended by a truck, sending her into oncoming traffic before getting into a head-on crash with another truck hauling a trailer.

Details are limited at this time, but we are told the incident happened in the 3800 block of Turner Drive, near Tidwell and the Eastex Freeway.

The incident occurred when the deputy was conducting a traffic stop on Beltway 8 near Tidwell.
