The fourth annual Houston Sports Hall of Fame will showcase Houston sports legends โ Jeff Bagwell, Craig Biggio, Andre Johnson, Guy V. Lewis, and Bill Yeoman โ when the 2021 Houston Sports Hall of Fame inductees receive their Hall of Fame rings and have their plaques unveiled on the Walk of Fame at the GreenStreet Promenade on Tuesday.

The 40-year-old Pujols now trails only Barry Bonds (762), Hank Aaron (755), Babe Ruth (714) and Alex Rodriguez (694) on the career home run list. Pujols has averaged 26 home runs per season over the past eight years with the Angels. His best home run season with the Angels was in 2015 when he hit 40. Pujols, who has one season left on his contract with the Angels after 2020, has gone deep four times this season.

Springer drove four home runs during the four-game series, tying Craig Biggio for the most when batting leadoff in a series in franchise history. The Angels didn't get much of a lift from the return of Mike Trout, who missed three games with a strained right calf. The left-hander improved to 4-0 in his career against the Angels, allowing two runs and three hits over 5 1/3 innings. Angels: Pujols left in the eighth inning with left hamstring tightness and is considered day-to-day.
