MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – The case against a former middle school educator accused of indecency with a child in Montgomery County has been dismissed.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office confirmed on Thursday, Aug. 13 that a grand jury returned a no-bill against the man.

His attorney said the grand jury did not return an indictment because of a lack of probable cause. The man’s family also says he was on paternity leave and was not on campus on the date of the alleged incident.
