HOUSTON – A deputy with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend Friday, according to court documents.
Lee Ingle, 38, was charged with assault on a family member. His bond, which he has since posted, was set at $500.

According to documents, Ingle “did then and there unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly cause bodily injury” to the woman he was in a dating relationship with.
Authorities said Ingle grabbed the victim’s arm and applied pressure to it.
Ingle is prohibited from going within 200 feet of the victim’s home or job. He also cannot contact her or anyone in her family, according to the documents.
