VIDEO: Masked man robs north Houston auto parts store at gunpoint

HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect responsible for robbing an auto parts store in north Houston.

On Friday, Aug. 18 at around 8:30 p.m., an unknown masked man entered an auto parts store located in the 400 block of W. Little York.

In surveillance video, the man can be seen approaching the employees, pulling out a handgun, and demanding money from the cash register. Police said once the suspect had the money, he fled the location in an unknown direction.

According to investigators, the suspect is believed to be 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches and 165 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie with black pants at the time of the robbery.
