HOUSTON – Jason Landry, a Texas State student from Missouri City, is still missing Friday, according to his church, Southminster Presbyterian Church. Landry’s vehicle was found totaled and abandoned on a dirt mile about 30 miles from campus. According to the church, investigators said dogs led them to a pond, which they later drained. Kent Landry said as long as there is breath in his lungs then there is still hope to find his son. His prayer is that Jason Landry will be home for Christmas.

SABINE PASS, Texas – The Coast Guard has been searching for a 27-year-old man in the water near Sabine Pass since Wednesday evening. The man was last seen wearing an orange life jacket and coveralls with reflective tape, the Coast Guard said. Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston watchstanders received notifications that the man was a crew member who had fallen overboard from the tanker vessel Sagami nearly 29 miles offshore. Police said they are searching for Arranza Diaz Larraga, who was last seen around 6:40 p.m. in the 2100 block of North Cesar Chavez Road in San Juan. Larraga is said to have brown eyes and a mole on the inner side of her left knee. Law enforcement officials believe the teen is in grave or immediate danger. HOUSTON – Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman with autism. According to authorities, 20-year-old Martina Lopez was last seen Monday near 1400 block of St. Joseph Parkway. Lopez has autism as well as several other serious medical conditions, such as epilepsy and bipolar disorder, authorities said. This is the second time Lopez has gone missing in a matter of weeks. She was also reported missing on Sept. 14 but was located shortly after.
