Missing woman with mental disability found safe in Montrose

Tracy Slegers, the 36-year-old woman who was reported missing from the Monarch Community in Montrose on March 16, has been located safe.

Authorities confirmed that Tracy was found and is now at a hospital receiving the care she needs.
