Deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 7 have arrested a man accused of operating a scam that defrauded over 30 senior citizens.

Advocates, community leaders and immigrant legal service providers will hold a news conference to announce the launch of the Harris County Immigrant Legal Services Fund.
