Heavy police presence reported near fast-food restaurant parking lot in Conroe

CONROE, Texas – A heavy police presence was reported near a fast-food restaurant parking lot off I-45 in Conroe.

The situation was reported Tuesday afternoon, after drivers nearby called in reports of authorities at the scene.

Conroe Police Department vehicles were seen surrounding the area. Conroe resident Larry Day provided images of the commotion.

KPRC 2 contacted a nearby business, which confirmed the activity was largely centered at the McDonald’s restaurant at the intersection of I-45 and League Line Road.
