HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Harris County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a deadly shooting reported early Saturday in the 11900 block of Duran Canyon Lane, a residential street just off Veterans Memorial Drive.

Authorities said an adult man was found at the location and pronounced dead at the scene.
Crime scene personnel and homicide detectives are working to piece together what happened.
“Preliminary information indicates this is a complex incident that may involve a rolling disturbance and a related vehicle crash,” Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a social media post.
HCSO confirmed with KPRC 2 the related vehicle crash in reference happened on Veterans Memorial.
The investigation was still ongoing.
