Police said they received multiple calls from family members of those who stayed there concerned about possible wrongdoing during the flood evacuation.

Earlier Thursday afternoon, investigators pulled out evidence such as filing cabinets and computers.

Investigators said the Lake Arthur nursing home is unsafe right now.

KPRC 2 spoke to Port Arthur police Detective Michael Hebert, who said there was an altercation with the nursing home administrator, Jeff Rosetta, and another investigator. But no one was taken into custody.

Hebert explained the search warrant gave investigators access to the entire property. But they've yet to interview family members, staff and occupants, which is all part of the investigation.
