Man accused of kidnapping woman at gunpoint in north Liberty County, deputies say

HOUSTON โ Deputies are searching for a man accused of kidnapping a woman at gunpoint Tuesday night in north Liberty County, according to the sheriffโs office. Liberty County deputies search for Erika Rios Valdez, 32, after she was held at gunpoint and kidnapped on Dec. 29, 2020, officials said. Deputies said on the back window of the pickup is the word โDuramax.โPickup with an Illinois license plate 2816533B involved in armed kidnapping in north Liberty County, deputies said (Liberty County Sheriff's Office)Deputies said the brother of Valdez chased Fagardo but lost him. One of Liberty County's Top Ten Most Wanted arrested
LIBERTY COUNTY โ The Liberty County Sheriff's Office says deputies have arrested one of the department's Top Ten Most Wanted. Lyle had been on the Sheriff Department's Top Ten Most Wanted list since February for violation of probation for DWI with a child under 15-years old. According to investigators, Lyle admitted that he knew he was on the most wanted list but did not want to turn himself in. He is currently in the Liberty County jail. Anyone having knowledge of Michael Ferguson's whereabouts or any other member of the Top Ten Most Wanted group is ask to call the Liberty County Sheriff's Department.
