Houston experienced a tumultuous night with three separate shootings occurring within hours. The first, on Homestead Road, involved a large gathering where six were shot, two critically. One later died. Another incident on Eastwood Street involved a shooting during an argument, leaving a man in stable condition. The final shooting on Telephone Road involved a group known to frequent a local club, resulting in two injured individuals. Police confirm these incidents are unrelated and continue to investigate.

He was alert and on social media when he was transported from the scene, HCSO Captain Jack Shannon said. Shannon said there were a lot of people at the scene when deputies arrived.
