The man accused of killing a repairman at a home in Humble earlier this month, then later being charged in a second murder that happened in May, is no longer facing charges related to the second case, according to Harris County court records.

Jaime Michael Garcia, 32, has been charged with the murder of repairman Christopher Walsh, who was found shot dead in a vacant home in Humble. At the time of the shooting, Garcia was out on bond for three separate cases, including an aggravated assault for a previous shooting and two misdemeanors related to an alleged assault on his girlfriend.

A 31-year-old repairman was found dead from a gunshot wound inside a vacant Houston home on Crathie Drive after failing to return home from a job.
