A Galveston plea deal is drawing criticism after Tony Mason was sentenced to three years in prison for sexual assault of a child.
Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public’s assistance locating a fugitive accused of sexually abusing a child for nearly six months.
Parents are being urged to check their children’s digital devices for any possible communication with a girl named “Lizzy,” who investigators said is really a man luring children to engage in child pornography. The suspect lives in California, but evidence shows he reached out to kids in Houston and other parts of Texas.
