Local lawyer turns her passion for the old fashioned cocktail into a book

HOUSTON – Brandi Lowery is a local lawyer who loves old fashioned cocktails, so much in fact that she wanted to share her love for this classic drink with others. Her book, “The Barrister’s Book of Old Fashioneds and Other Cocktails,” shows just how easy it is to make a good drink at home.
