Train like a NINJA in the new year at Iron Sports Fitness Houston

HOUSTON – It’s a brand-new year, and we are looking forward to getting back into our fitness routines and letting go of some of that 2020 weight we may have put on.

Iron Sports Fitness off 1960 is a ninja training facility, with plenty of unique workouts and fun classes that are great for training and getting into shape.

You can train for American Ninja Warrior, Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, and lots more at Iron Sports Fitness.

They have fitness classes for all ages, including a mini ninja class, and ninja school. Plus they also have Core Fitness classes for adults.
