Lauren Kelly’s Fitness Friday workout anyone can do from home
HOUSTON – We made it to FRIDAY everyone! And even though the days seem long and monotonous, you can still get a good workout in without going to the gym.
Lauren Kelly and her boyfriend Gabriel are back with a few exercises anyone can do from home, and no equipment is needed.
From crunches, to wall-sits, to racing your pups...there’s always a way you can get active!
