Harris County Precinct 4 splash pads are opening two hours earlier starting July 3, offering families free access from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily to help them cope with the ongoing triple-digit heat. Five parks across the precinct are participating, as part of Commissioner Lesley Briones’ effort to provide safe and accessible resources.
