A woman was killed after she was intentionally run over by a moving truck following an argument with a coworker Thursday afternoon in southwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

Houston police shut down the B Rabbit Nightclub on South Gessner after multiple complaints and criminal incidents, including drunk driving and shootings linked to the club. Despite being closed by the Fire Marshal in October for safety hazards, the club continued operating, leading to three arrests and the seizure of several items.

According to Houston Police, Midwest Patrol officers responded to a shooting in a shopping center parking on South Gessner around 1:15 a.m. On Saturday.

Police say they got the call about the incident around 4:30 p.m.
