A man was shot and killed in front of an elementary school in northwest Houston Tuesday night.The shooting took place near the Kujawa Elementary School on Fallbrook Drive and Willowwood Lane.

The 5-year-old was sitting in the center of the rear seat and wasnt in a child seat, Cheng said. A witness who had responded to the crash scene and rendered aid to those in the car told investigators the male driver appeared intoxicated. Cheng said investigators planned to obtain a breath sample and a blood draw from the man.
